When you purchase VELOCE AI, you receive a lifetime, non-transferable license to use the software on 1 personal Windows device. The $5 license is a one-time payment for a lifetime license — no recurring fees, no subscriptions, no hidden costs.

VELOCE AI is a utility tool. It is a general-purpose download management application designed to help users manage and accelerate their legitimate downloads. VELOCE AI does not provide, host, or distribute content — it is a tool that users operate on their own behalf.

Users assume 100% legal responsibility for the copyright status of files they download. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to download any content, and for complying with the terms of service of any website you access. VELOCE AI does not monitor, filter, or restrict what users choose to download.

VELOCE AI does not circumvent, bypass, or decrypt digital rights management systems. The software respects standard content protection mechanisms.

VELOCE AI respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed, please send a written notification to our designated DMCA agent containing the following information:

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including its location
  4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, VELOCE AI maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the licenses of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or access was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our DMCA agent. Your counter-notification must include the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If VELOCE AI doesn't work for you, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are processed through Gumroad, our payment provider. Once a refund is issued, the associated license key is permanently deactivated and the software will no longer function.

VELOCE AI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for content downloaded using the software. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to download any content.
